i thinks it should be a little longer at the bottom so youy might have to modified your exhaust pipe a little

yes, it will bolt up but the end of the header will be a few inches closer to the ground than the OEM one.

Just get an aftermarket one so you don't have to worry about it rubbing.

depends on how you drive and what your roads are like id say
if you have bumpy uneven roads, steep hills, and pot holes everywhere its gunna scrape id say but if your roads are even, with subtle hills, and your roads are well maintained id say you can prob pull it off with minimum scraping

The manifold really won't hang very low. The main issue is that the flange at the collector is positioned at a different angle on the ITR manifold than it is on the Si manifold. Therefore, you either need to use an ITR cat, or modify your Si's cat in order to install the ITR manifold.

Well, I can say with certainty that the stock ITR manifold won't bolt to a '99 Civic Si cat. I had to use the ITR cat in order for it to line up properly.

Yes, unless you know how to weld and have the equipment.

I have a JDM ITR header on a JDM B16 in a 96 civic coupe. I use a skid plate. Fastline has a good one and its cheap. My car is slammed and it does occasionally come in contact with the ground.

This is for a JDm 4-1 header, so I dont know if it will bolt up to a USDM header. I would suggest the JDM header. You can find them for $350 or so. Also if you get a JDM header you can use the 2.5in test pipe.

http://www.fastlineperformance.com/skidplate.htm

As far as the cat and header bolting up. You will need to modify the flange that connects to the header. You can always run a omni power test pipe as well.
