I'm not 100% sure.
Check your tranny case code and see if you already have a 4.4 final.

it is the same 4.4 final drive, but i can't just add the JDM ITR LSD to the tranny, since the LSD bolt holes aren't the same.
it needs the JDM ITR FD to do that, and i am wondering will the USDM ITR FD will do the job too... coz USDM ITR has LSD too, and i am guessing their LSD bolt holdes should be the same. and i am asking if anyone here did that before. i wanna get the USDM FD instead of ITR FD because USDM FD is half the price of JDM one.

It should work and i dont know why the bolt patterns would be different. My jdm itr motor has the 4.40 FD and uses the LSD tranny. Not sure what your problem is, but everything should fit and work great.

From what I have heard, there are a couple different bolt patterns depending on the set up, and that's why you can't just randomly switch things around inside the tranny.
