USDM ITR In and EX CAM shaft in B16A
Hi, i can get a OEM USDM ITR Intake and Exhaust cam shafts, to put them in my JDM B16A.
My question is, how much power does it give me and what else do i need to buy or tune to run it right, please give me the parts number in the pics that i'll need to buy thanx alot for helping me

dropping them in shoud improve peak output by itself, but if you really want to make good power, get a Mugen headgasket along with a V-AFC and hit the dyno.

get some adjustable cam gears. check out http://www.team-integra.com, you will have to sign up but in the articles section under performance there is a great write up on different cams. before you get them you should decide what you want to do with your engine. type r would be good for all motor but not the best for f/i.

listen to slowerthanu!! he knows his stuff!!! I pretty much have the entire ITR head assembly in my B16 and i love it!!!! I also have a mugen head gasket it works wonders. But however i also recommend a fuel pressure riser and regulator. I have the B&M one. hope that helps.

also, pick up a set of cam gears and a fuel pressure regulator, and you're ready for some dyno time.
