upper radiator hose

upper radiator hose
i checked my upper radiator hose after about 30 minutes of driving and i happen to find out that the hose is really squishy. so what is the problem that i have here? could it be a leak in the head gasket?

only a little bit though, not much. i can see it from the overflow tank. and its only losing a little bit. from what i have heard, when the upper radiator hose is soft and squishy, it could be a blown headgasket, which can lead to overheating also right?
