Default upgrading engine mounts

I was thinking about upgrading my stock D engine mounts with stiffer ones. The goal is to have less lash when taking off and shifting. You know the way the car kind of recoils when you shift fast?

My question: would it be worth it to upgrade the engine and torque mounts? Will there be added vibration at cruising speeds or only at low rpms?

When riding in my buddys h22 ek hatch with hasport mounts you can feel the vibration in your seat in low rpms but its not like annoying or bad or anything. Cant feel it at all in higher rpms.

I have stiff innovative mounts, and you only feel the vibration in my car at idle, 700ish rpms. Otherwise you don't feel it at all.
