Re: Upgraded Fuel Pump? (hybrider93)
there is actually a Best Buys thread about Walbro fuel pumps through Lightning Motorsports...CHEAP AS ****!! I actually had a couple questions about this as well. My friend has a stock 5th gen fuel pump, but running a GSR motor, he was curious if the stock fuel pump was adequite or if an upgrade would prove to be beneficial.

Re: Upgraded Fuel Pump? (b16a ferio)
An upgrade would be beneficial. I have the same setup in my 5th gen, running on a 94 gsr fuel pump, the gas mil sucks but I made up for that with a VAFC. But it get's a in my book. I'm planing on getting a 190 very soon with the group buy.

It depends what you already did, or plan to do to your engine. I had both the walbrough and the GS-R pump, and in my situation (Bolt-Ons) the walbrough was running too rich so I swapped it for the GS-R pump I ran alot better.

Are they in-tank fuel pumps? In the engine bay? Which kind are they.
