Icon6 UNUSUAL NOISE IN INTAKE

ok..i have a b16 swap in my 4 door civic and one day i went to start it up and i heard the heavy suckin noise coming thru my k&n filter...i thought since i blew it out i was suckin mad air..but my car idles at like 2-2500 rpm and when it sits for a bit mildly gor to like 1500 rpm constant. here are the list of things i have tried:
1. tested both map and tps with a voltmeter

2. checked for holes in the intake manifold and gasket

3. adjusted the fuel pressure regulator

4. cleaned the iacv

one thing i found odd was when i took off the intake tube there is a hole that leads to the iacv..when i cover it up the care runs brand new..when i take my hand off i goes back to sucking hard..lol is there something missing or do i need to get a new iacv?? thanks guys

If you cover the hole and it runs fine than the iacv is the problem. Replace it, and it should fix your problem. You can block it off if you want as well.
