Default Unknown Vibration - Help!

I recently just swapped a used d16y8 into my 2000 Civic. I torqued down everything down to the right specs, but whenever I turn to the right and only to the right I get a vibration (coming from the left front). I also noticed whenever I'm on the brakes I can hear something grinding every time the wheel rotates, if that makes any sense? (So every one rotation I hear the noise) I took the wheel off and inspected every nut and bolt to make sure nothing is loose and there is not a loose nut or bolt. Is it that I didn't push the axle all the way in? My alignment is off, could it be that?

Please help!
