Unknown Plug? EG HELP!

Hey guys, im new here and new to the whole honda game. I bought this eg a couple of days ago its a 94 coupe. Well I have no idea what connect to the plug (as shown in the pics). Also it doesn't starts, the starter works fine(checked with copper wire).

Goes to the starter solenoid. It is what engages the starter to turn the motor over.

yeah, it's for the starter. Make sure the 2 are on and bolted down

Thank's for the help guys! It turned out that there was already something plugged in into the starter selenoid, i managed to get the car runnin turned out there was an "anti-theft" button i hadd to press to start it.
