i have a 2000 civic coupe w/ 97 b18b swaped.....the other day i threw check engine, i scanned it with my scanner and looked up "code 1399" in the honda/acura haynes book, its not there...anyone know what it is? or does this code even exist?

that is a factory code.

i know its a factory code, but what im sayin is that is not in the code section of my honda re-build book, that book has all the codes for civics, integras, and crv's

yep. And it's not defined in the Helm manual from what I can see. But I'm 99% sure it's general misfire.

1 - MFG code
3 - ignition systems or missfire
99 - fault??

which ECU are you running?
what are the car's symptoms?

the car has no symtoms, it runs great, ex. it burning oil...im using the ls ecu....just waiting for my low comp. piston install
