long story short.


16 year old gets pulled over goin 93 on 55 in IL and gets 2 tickets, 1 for going 93 on 55, one for improper lane usage. those are the only 2 tickets hes ever gotten.


how fucked is this 16 year old when court comes around?


oh yea and this happend in IL.

30 day license suspension most likely. Traffic school might be a possibility, but don't count on it. You'll get a point or two from it.

I wouldn't suggest being optomistic or pessimistic about it. Just wait for the mail to come.

Ticket/court information will come in the mail. Sounds like court is mandatory, you'll have to go there to try and plead for traffic school.

yea it is mandatory, o i already have all the paperwork in my hand. he gave me court date and time, both ththe tickets saying what i did wrong. how much of a fine u think this will be? and last question, will my insurance be insane?

I think the initial ticket fees will also be sent with the mail. For the amount over the speed limit, I'd expect a pretty penny to be coming out of your wallet. Just be patient, and don't buy anything except ramen noodles and bus tickets for a while.
