Default uh-oh Cel in canadien sir em1

car has been and is running fine, starts like a charm, as i was parking it today i clutched in to take it from gear and it was a bit tough. i clutched in again and moved the shifter around [1st-5th-3rd-4th-3rd-4th-3rd-4th] and my CEL popped on as i was doing this. the idle went too 1600-1700 and stayed. i shut it off and fired it back and it idled at 800-900 like usual however the CEL flashed for fuel pump prime [like usual] then lit back up . car runs fine and starts fine. any insight?

car is 100% stock

For starters you need to pull the CEL code.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/how-pull-cel-d4-srs-abs-codes-code-lists-1901557/

Try that.

how do I happen to come across KT RYU on honda tech? this is "Hella JDM EG6"

Yeah do what d1rty said. The is no CEL for manual transmission problems. You could be low on fluid for the clutch though. Check it. and does the clutch have a lot of play? i know when i rest my foot on the clutch it goes about 1/4 inch but when it was low it would go down 2 inches before i had to use some muscle to put it down. I refilled it and bled it.

took it back to get diagnostics. they said the IAC was faulty. what didnt make sence was that they said when the IAC was unplugged its idle dropped down to 200RPM and is suppose to raise. i was under the impression it was normal for it to lower?
