Default uh, big problem with b swap

ok i am installing a jdm b16 into a cx hatch, went to bolt the int. shaft to the block and noticed all but 1 hole was stripped, i cleaned the holes out a little better and their is NO thread left, i searched and found just 1 thread on this, and ill assume its not safe to only rock 1 bolt instead of 3, but what are my options? i need to get this engine in the car tomarrow, so whatever i do will have to be early in the morning...

heli-coil? never done it, is it safe, i dont need the int. shaft coming out and doing damage that ill be liable for...

tap- aluminum threads? is that safe?

any other options? i was thinking jb weld, but im going to have to be creative with that, any ideas??? i have every size honda factory bolt possible so if anyone knows of one i can tap the block for and it be SAFE for THE LIFETIME OF THE ENGINE, then itll be good, thanks for any input...

i dont really know, we got the engine with the int shaft on it already, i took it off a couple days back with an air wrench and never thought twice about the threads, i went to clean them out a little before putting the int shaft back on (we had cleaned the block some and their was some grime in the holes) and found the threads GONE...
