Default type s with lsd

I have a question for all the H22 fans. I have a Type S prelude motor with the ATTS is it possible to take off the ATTS and put in a LSD or is the tranny allready LSD because it makes both wheels spin through the ATTS.

A mechanical LSD was available from Honda (JDM only) as an option with the Type S Prelude instead of the ATTS system, which is basically a computerized LSD system. You can disable the ATTS and install a mechanical type LSD of your choice, including a factory Honda version, on your H22a Type S tranny. Cusco and Quaife both make excellent limited slips for the H22a, as does Kaaz and a few others. If you have connections for JDM stuff, perhaps you can sell your existing tranny and buy a H22a tranny that came from the factory equipped with a LSD (same type as the Integra Type R - torsen style I think, though maybe it's viscious, I can't remember off-hand).
