I honestly dont know the correct answer here, but I'll give it a shot (so dont flame).
I think the Type-R's have a dual-spring design, and the b16's dont.
But hey, like I said....Im no expert.

i see. so the b16a valvesprings have no blue or yellow markings on the top?
and are the yellow marked valvesprings supposed to be taller than the blue ones?
