Type R swap into my EK ... ECU issues
hI just bought a 2001 integra type r swap for my 2000 civic dx.....
if i have a key for the type r and therefore do not need to disable the immoboliser what needs to be done to my civic's ignition?.....in order for the ecu to know its the correct key......i'm assuming i need the type r's ignition as well or something??

yes now i dont know if the immobolizer ignition will swap over. but if it does it you will have to add wires directly to the ecu . let me know what happens. i am planning to do this with my hatch also when the time comes.
