I recently bought a type r non srs steering wheel, but it didn't come with the screws to connect the hub and steering wheel together. Where can I buy a set and what size are they?

Take the wheel with you to Ace Hardware. There is a Metric nuts and bolts section with everything under the sun. Have fun!

Just use wood screws! That will keep it nice and secured so it doesn't come flying off when vtec engages.
