Type r shocks and spring on an EG
How much drop will you get with a type r shocks and springs on an eg compared to stock? How much negative camber. From reading previous post I think I will only need the rear lower control arms to put it on. Is there anything else needed? Anyone got pics?

1/2" to 3/4" drop is what i've heard depends on what motor your running as well. the d-series is lighter so it will sit a lil higher. i'm about to put itr springs in my ek, i didn't know that the struts would fit though? not sure if they do but i thought that they don't bolt in, anyone?

I see on the net used for 80-120 for LCA. I remember calling an Acura dealer and they quoted me 150 I think for a pair of LCA.

****, you can get the rear lower control arms from King Motorsports for about 150, IIRC. They sell them for use with the ITR rear bar.

My boy did that in his hatch.... the worst ride ever, I think it has something to do with how stiff the springs are, and the fact that a hatch is lighter. either way It didnt work out for him to good.

worst ride ever? my ***. It handles perfectly fine. Just what do you mean by worst ever?
Here's my car on ITR springs/shocks:
Got rid of the stock springs and went w/ GCs at a later time. Car was too high for my tastes.

Re: Type r shocks and spring on an EG (bahkhok)
I dont know about sayin alot stiffer..
Would you consider the sprigns rates of 250 front and rear to be really stiff?? I mean yes its a noticibal difference than stock springs but not to the point its going to rattle your teeth out like coilovers..
I have had them on my 4 door EL, the drop was about an 1 inch front and .75 in the rear, I was on stock shocks, it bounced but only when I drive over some really bumpy road, the rear end would bounce a bit but not to the point of out of control, daily driving around local streets felt stock and traviling on the highway at about 140Km/h, still smooth and cornering and handling felt more tightened up due to the stiffer spring rate..
Sayin that these give the worst ride ever, man something is wrong with your car, I would highly recomend these if you want to upgrade your suspension but dont want to spend a whole lot of money
