Hi i'm looking at the type r style lip for the Delsols and wondering if the EK typeR lip would fit. I know the eg one fit but it has a middle piece that goes over the bumper. I see many pictures of delsol with the type r lip with out the center piece so i was wondering which application i need. Thanks

99-00 civic typeR lips fit ok on the del sols.. I have one now, and used a blow dryer to make it fit alittle bit flushed. Heres a couple of picture for you.

nice nice nice .. i will post to pictures of my soon....but not type r lip... stock body but thinking on buying one..never sell your del sol... it will soon be a collection car. there aren't many del sol out there... del sol forever!!!

Just get a oem si lip looks better than the replicas

I got my put on by a bodyshop so it fits perfect

i hate how the upper part of the lip goes into the grill.. best lip for a del sol IMO is either stock ex or si lip.

I had a type r style lip on my old del sol
It was from ebay made for del sols
It fit ok on my 94 bumper, and was too short for my 97 bumper
Overall it was ****

type r replica lips on del sols look like crap! sorry but just my 2cents. if you want a lip for your del sol get a ex front lip off a eg or get a civic si lip! both of those look good!
