Default TYPE R EG

i have a 93 civic hatch dx....i'm putting a 01 jdm type r in it!.....will the wiring plug up to my car?....if so....i need help with running the vtec solenoid, oil sender....and knock sensor...can somone tell me how? and how the wiring will work?

no you will need an obd2 to obd1 conversion kit.

for what? if he wants to run an obd2 ecu, he'll need a obd1-&gt;obd2 jumper harness. what is this obd2 to obd1 conversion kit you speak of?

for the easiest swap, use a 96+ GSR or IT-R engine harness and run a chipped p28 ecu. run the wires for vtec solenoid and oilpressure from the shock tower to the ecu (if the car isn't a 92 or VX/EX/Si). everything will be PnP. otherwise, please search! don't forget to look in the hybrid forum
