It is common for people to switch those around. If they are correct. Check the ign. timing.

Is it bogging around 3-3.5k? Do you smell gas around it, or does it smell rich?

answer both of my questions to steer people in the right direction. help us help you.

was the dizzy installed by you or HONDA?
If you installed it you have to set the dizzy timing. If honda installed the dizzy then take it back to them and have them check the timing?

Do you own a timing gun?

you should use the stock one. make sure your vacuum lines are hooked up properly and you have no leaks

OMG i just figured it out the i knew it had something to do with the fuel so i put a fuel pressure gause on and i was getting 70psi at the filter i was like something is wrong so i took the fuel rail off and i was able to just blow throught it... than i saw what was causeing it the end nut that hold the fuel line on was cause the pressure only to build up in the line and not in the rail i change the nut and it works great now go figure that one out stupid!!!! something must have been clogged in the nut!
