There will be a gap for the bottom cushions if you use the 2 door rear seats. Just get a set of tops from a 2 door and set of bottoms from a 4 door. That way there won't be as much of a gap as the 2 door.

Both the front and rear seats from an ITR will fit into your EG.
I have both front and rear in my EJ1 (95 ex coupe), but yes there will be a little gap. No biggie though.
