just remove the whole center console from the civic. set the ITR armrest in place and screw in the screws. the holes might be off, just re-drill new holes. use a small bit and go onto a bigger size until your reach the screw width.

I tried puting it into my friends civic but it was too short. Can you explain more about why i have to remove his center console. thanks
