Default TYC Tail's??? Only $99 Bucks.. Worth it?

Hey Guy's...

Need a little help deciding. I've been checking out ppl who make tail's and so far have found these sweet TYC's which come in Carbon fibre and paintable. Last year at Importfest, was the first time I seen them up close and I was pretty impressed. A lot of the competition cars used TYC's.

As for where to get em from I've found a place in Canada that sells them for $99.00. Check em out and let me know if that is a fair deal http://www.northernmotorsport.com/eshop .

Also a few ppl I know that have aftermarket lights mentioned that sometimes they leak. Is it true, if you run a bead of silicon around the lights b4 you install them that this will solve the problem?

Gimmie some feedback…

L8er all..

Nick

that's true, always keep your exterior stock parts (if they're still in good condition)

btw, it you're after altezza lights, etc......just buy them used......since alot of people are jumping the jdm bandwagon, you can buy what people are basically throwing away

and since i did lived in that area for a few years, the shops are harder to find (if you dont know anyone that can refer you to one). althought i find northern toronto (richmond hill, markham, etc) have these aftermarket stores, generally because of higher asian population

btw, if you have a stock eg hatch tails for sale, i'll take 'em off your hands!

The reason I am looking at the TYC's is that I just got my car painted Ruby Red and have just bought I Carbon Fibre hood. The lights I think will look super sweet as they come in carbon fibre...

i'm pretty sure majority of the people on this site wont agree with you there, but it's your car. i've seen on some clubsi classified boards that had some for sale (but might be a while ago), as well as some stores in toronto carries them. good luck

p.s. i really meant it about the eg hatch tails
