Default two problems help needed.

1. problem is my overflow take is making nosies I was thinking would I need a new radiator?

2. on my sohc motor on the cluster on rpm needle always going down, even when i drive it around press the clutch already my rpm is 0 or motor shakes. only cel comes on is Battery and oil that's it.

i myself wont get another radiator until it starts to overheat or leaks

every time I drive it around the overflow seems to overheat. I don't know why? my fan doesn't seem to be much help.
