yeah, if you wire up that knock sensor, the cell should go away.
just run that wire to your ECU.

Other than the car not being in limp mode and the CEL going away, nothing. The oil pressure sending unit wire is useless acutally. It controls the idiot light and if that light comes on, your engine is LONG gone. So what I'm saying in a nutshell, hook up the knock sensor and it is your choice to hook up the oil pressure sending unit.
