Turn signals work when head lights are off but not when the head lights are turned on
just tryin to throw this one out there i'm have the problem with it at the moment and wonder if im the only one or knows how to check or fix

You'll need to obtain a multimeter (~$15-$20 to purchase) and to learn how to use it. It's not too difficult.
