Turn Signals inop but hazards work

Turn Signals inop but hazards work
Ok I'll try and provide as much info as possible here.
I have a 95 EX sedan (5spd w/ D16Z6) everything is original no swaps with interior exterior or engine.
The problem: After replacing my tail lights with stock units (got rid of the shitty altezzas on this car) I lost turn signals. Hazards still work (all four corners flash like they are supposed to) but when I hit the stalk nothing happens. Before I replaced the tail lights the turn signals worked normally. Checked all the fuses were good (hazard fuse under hood, is there one under the dash? the card with the fuse labels didn't indicate there was a fuse for turn signals there but I pulled all the fuses under there and they are good) tried plugging the old tail lights back in and still no dice.
Also noticed that my interior clock doesn't come on when I turn the car on any more. I can still push on the button cover to make it come on (like you would do when the car is off) and the time is correct, this worked normally before I swapped tail lights.
Only other quirk I noticed was my head lights not turning on (gauge lights and parking lights worked but no head lights) rechecked fuses and found the p/s low beam fuse was blown, replaced it and both head lights worked again but still no turn signals only hazards work.
Verified I have the correct bulbs in the rear brake/tail, reverse and turn signal sockets. Fuses are good and all I did was swap tail light housings and the wiring/bulb sockets for the tail lights. Wiring is correct (all stock connectors on the tail lights.
Thoughts? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the turn signal/hazard system? I can't think it is a bad switch (this has to be something I did that I am overlooking, seems too coincidental that my t/s switch would fail at this exact moment)
Thanks for any help and let me know if I can provide more details.

Re: Turn Signals inop but hazards work
Yes, the turn signal fuse (10A #15) is in the dash fuse box. Voltage test it.
Also check whether voltage reaches the hazard switch connector and the turn signal switch connector.

Thanks! I figured it out, my reverse lights weren't working so I pulled what I thought was that fuse to check it and put it back in the wrong slot. Turns out I actually pulled the turn signal fuse, but because I misread the fuse diagram label I put it in the wrong place. Put it back and the turn signals work. I knew it had to be something I messed up. Thanks for the info on the fuses.
