i have a 92 honda civic cx with a d15b7 from a 94 dx and my issue is that the left side turn signals or hazard flashers dont work at all when the head lights are on it has very little power with a test light in the bulb socket but the bulbs still dont light up...... ive checked all the grounds i just bought brand new bulbs yesterday and they still dont light up...... any help would be appreciated....

When did the problems start?

Check whether the wrong type of bulb is installed in the left front or rear turn signal.

it started about a month ago whrn it started the front bulb didnt work but the back on did but it just flashed really fast and then they both quit working and when the headligts are on the green arrow on the cluster stays lit up ive got 1157 bulbs in the front and 1156 bulbs in the back went by what the sylvania book at the store called for

Double check your bulbs. You may have inadvertently installed a single filament bulb where a double filament bulb belongs.

thanks for the help ron you rock whenever theres a problem but the bulbs were right i replaced the flasher and that still didnt help so i thought about it and when i was installing my alarm last month i must have not pushed the wire harness back into the fuse box all the way i pulled it and put it back in and i have turnsignals again but now the driving light part doesnt light up which i can live with for now until i feel ambitious again lol
