Icon3 Turn signal issues 00' EX (solved)

So randomly one day on my way home I noticed people honking and giving me weird looks took me a couple of minutes but people were getting pissed because they thought I was trying to get over because my passenger side turn signal was blinking quickly. When my headlights are off my turn signals work as they should with no issues. when I turn my headlights on my passenger turn signals blink quickly sporadically. I thought it was more of a headlight issue then a turn signal issue so I asked around. I asked people at napa and they told me the relay could possibly be bad so i replaced it to no avail. I asked people at oriellys and they seemed pretty adamant that its a ground. My question is do you think its a ground issue and if so where can I locate said grounds. I looked in the forums for help and the only 2 that were exactly like mine had no answers, so please HELP ME!

Nothing has changed or been added in months, no changes to the system, no accidents or anything. this just happened out of the blue.

Find the wire. Follow the wire with your eyeballs. Find the other end of said wire. Rinse and repeat for all of the wires. Hint: Ground wires are black.

So all the grounds (i.e. the black wires, Thanks notaracist for the pro tip) are fine. none of them rusty or loose or broken. cant follow them as they go into a plastic conduit and go to the front of the car. Im getting frustrated as hell bacause now as I look at them I never noticed when i turn the hazards on the brake lights blink with them... WTF!!!!! Someone have mercy and help an idiot when it comes to electrical, point me to a thread, youtube, anything

False alarm... when i took it to a mechanics he said he changed all the bulbs... he didnt. It was the passenger front bulb. Changed all the bulbs and checked after each one and it was that one. Case closed.
