Default turn signal fuse

ok guys i searched around first and still dident really find a good answer. i have a 1998 coupe it still has all the stock wireing to the head lights and turn signals nothing spliced in all still oem grounds i also have a b18b1 motor swap if that makes any difference to you guys but the swap has been in for atleast 9 months and no problems. but heres the question my battery was reset after an alarm system was put in then on my way home i realized i had no turn signals or hazards so fist i checked the fuses in the engine bay and found that the 10 amp hazard fuse was blown then i checked the kick panel and found the 7.5 amp fuse was blown i replaced both of them and they worked fine came out a lil later to go to the store and both were blown agian i replaced the relay and both the fuses agian and still no luck idk how i could have a short ethier since none of the wires have been tampered with so what can be causeing my problem ? if anyone has had this problem or may know a solution any help would be appreciated thanks

sounds like they must have tampered with the wiring for your lights when they did the alarm install. re check all the wires for your alarm to see if you can find any shorts. was this alarm you had installed suppose to flash your hazards when it was set off?
