Default turbo question

what could cause a exhaust manifold on a drag turbo kit to crack down the middle. about to purchase an integra that has a turbo kit on it but that is the only problem that I see

Earlier drag manifolds have reputations of cracking due to the way the are made. Since it is a cast manifold unlike tubular/ welded, it is more prone to cracking due to the pressure.

also, and incorrectly installed downpipe can be the culprit, I have been using DRAG manifolds for two years without incident though.
