has the car ever run right with boost?

you need the right FMU or some engine management.

the forced induction forum would be better

and you put the same fuel mangement on the 2nd motor.

learn from your mistakes and get rid of the FMU.

list a little more detail about your setup

what size turbo?
how much boost?
what size injectors?
what kind and size FMU?

well first off, you have bigger injectors with no fuel management. this is causing you to run ridiculously rich, washing out your cylinders, thus the gasoline in your oil. second off, the fmu coupled with the injectors is probably flooding out your engine, causing the stuttering.
