Depends on the e-manage. Most d-turbo guys are choosing a tuning program and chipping their existing ecu's or an alternate ecu, like the p28.
Crome, uberdata, and neptune are a few I recommend. Neptune is expensive, but worth it if you can afford it.
The most common is Crome, it's free, and easy to use.

Re: turbo problem (jasonthehatchman)
the orogramn is free, but if you are a serious racer/tuner get crome pro-$100 bucks, the chip is 20-35 bucks for the kit to do it yourself, i think close to 90 when you send it off to get it installed all done and everything with a basemap
e-mangae is the shittest tunig piggy back ever i use it as a ******* paper weight at the office its garbage,

you want to download the installer into the laptop you use to tune, or desktop to load the basemap, ask for tuners to see if they run crome, most people around here cant do it for me, they prefer that bullshit for evo's and sti's becuase evryone around here has one, ******* UTEC
