Default turbo or not...

would i be making a good chioce if i choose not swap my SOCH D for a B16..
and instead just turbo the single cam, with other internal upgrades..

would i be looking at a reasonable gain, performance wise??

plz be gentle....lol..

If you have to ask then no.

Just read up on both and decide what's best for you.

ok, well. .
do you know a lot about turbo's or are you kinda clueless when it comes to them,, cuz if you plan to turbo, you should have a good overview on them before you go out buy one put it on and blow your motor. .

and if he blows his motor he can buy a new one for ~400

A B16 you can push pretty far. There are SOHC monsters, but they have their limits. The b16 will also push your budget. Weigh your option and you be the judge.

deside wisely with your budget. Turbo engine requires more maintenance.. = more $$

That's what makes turbo D's ownage .

Yeah, that's probably the most important part, how much extra $$ do you have to devote to this lil project?

@ OP:
Decide on three things:
1) Amount of money devoted to project (budget)
2) Access to tools/ability to install, etc.
3) HP goals?

Can get a LS for cheap also. Got mine for $150. B18+boost=yum
