Default For Turbo Guys

I am 100% going LS/Turbo and boost from around 6-8 pounds.I was wondering from you turbo guys what to to look out for or things to be careful of. I have searched a few things,but i would also like to hear from some guys with turbo and see what they been through. Im sorry if you guys have went through all this stuff before, if you dont want to answer i totally understand,but if you do want to i will listen to all the advice you might have.

You should be fine as long as you do prevent maintanence. Ls motors are the best to boost because of there compression allowing you to boost at higher levels on stock internals. Change the oil every 2500 miles and use mobil1 synthetic.

Don't go ***** out without warming your car properly, get a turbo timer and use it , don't full boost on the freeway for extend periods of time ie...15 to 20 seconds...anyways by the time you get on it for 10 seconds on the freeway you be gone! An oil cooler is also a nice addition for keeping it running longer.

change oil every 2500 miles
