Default turbo gsr stumbling and running lean

So recently me and my buddy tore his b20vtec out of his hatch, and replaced it with a obd2 gsr with skunk2 IM and b16 throttle body and full turbonetics turbo kit. Running precision 680cc injectors, i wired up the resistor box and wrote a basemap. It started and was fine at idle low 12s to mid 13s on the wideband, go to drive it and it was bucking and jerking and leaning out with anything more than say 5% throttle, so adjusted the tps, checked injectors, resistor box and tested resistance between resistor box and injectors and wiring is correct, still no change. Replaced IM gasket all vacuum lines were hooked up. So after dealing with it for 3 days i bypassed the resistor box, put the stock injectors in it with a stock gsr map and disconnected his charge pipe, ran perfect didnt skip a beat. Got to thinkin that possibly a injector was bad, so took my rc550s out of my turbo lsv and my tuned p28, put it in his hatch, no change. We have swapped out the dizzy off his b20vtec that ran perfect, new plugs, new wires, before swapping motor we did arp head studs with multi layer steel gasket, timing is right on, and good compression, also swapped out resistor box with mine, that i drive on every day. Ive built several motors and turbo setups and never had a issue like this that i couldnt figure out. Thermostat ground is good, tight, and clean. Has tranny ground and vc ground, no CEL also sprayed carb and choke cleaner on all vaccum lines as well as throttle body, has a walrboro 255 fuel pump, running 40psi at the fuel rail, like i said when this car has stock map and injectors it runs flawlessly crosses over, no issues, ive tryed my tuned ecu with my 550cc injectors still no change, any advice at this point would be greatly appreciated! Dont want to haul this thing 4hrs away to get it tuned and not be able to figure this out. Thanks in advance!

Sorry to say, with the info you've given, I'm going to have to say it's your MAP.

no data logging, as i said my turbo lsvtec with gsr head has a chipped p28, rc550cc injectors and is tuned. I swap over my injectors and my ecu to his car, runs exactly the same, i know its not a basemap issue. This cars really got me stumped.
