thats a little high, i believe its normal for a car to burn roughly one quart of oil per oil change, but dont quote me on that, some one else should chime in

yeah seems kinda high if it wasnt for my oil pressure gauge I would have fucked it up. i noticed it wasnt going up to 50psi when i was driving . it was only at 25 when at idle its like 23
