turbo d15b7 no start

Not meaning to jump on your thread, but anyone can help with this confusing issue I'm having, would be awesome!

D15b7, stock with a turbo kit. 7lbs
Unknown tune or if one at all.

Just got the car, it started up fine upon purchase, loaded up on trailer and off. Drove the car, was smoking (diagnose valve stem seals) now I shut off the car and it won't start. The engine cranks, I checked spark, it's strong and I'm sure cause I went through two sets of wires and 3 types of plugs. Fuel pressure is optimum. Pump primes. Pressure at rail. Now, when I turn her over, the tachometer doesn't bounce. Also I can bump start it and she'll run. But as far as starter turning it over, it won't fire up. She bumps at 5mph and starts with no hesitation. I'm stumped! Brand new battery. Any helpers?
.

I was thinking ignitor? Or??? I'm at a loss

Thinking the ignitor, even though the car runs fine? Uh...no.

Pull the starter and bench test it.

Funny thing, the starter cranks the motor fine... I'm thinking, maybe the brushes are worn and it's not rotating enough rpm... I'm pulling it this week.

What car?

Test the ON(III) position of the ignition switch. You may find that IG1 is bad in ON(III).
