Turbo D series question's.
Ok I have a few question's on the Turbo D series.
(1) What is the stock bottom end capable of holding power wise?
(2) I dont plan on buying a kit but rather put one together of my own, so what manifold would be the best bang for the buck?
(3) For tuning, Hondata or Neptuned?

A) 200 whp
B) HF manifold
C) Your preference, both are good programs, but I personally would go with a free program (ie Crome, Uberdata, etc). Everybody will tell you a different answer on what program to use.
Please search next time, or don a Flame suit

Re: Turbo D series question's. (Jason300zxTT)
Okay, you want an answer here's my opinion.
A bone stock D16 can hold 12 psi, but don't plan on that lasting long. Unless you sleeve the block, I wouldn't take it any higher than 8 psi on 94 Octane.
Well, OBX and SS Auto Chrome both make cheap manifolds. Cheap, but junk. I would say just look around on import sites until you find one. I live in PA and get all my junk from IL4 and Slowboy Racing.
I have a Hondata S200 with just the boost option. Its all you need, and you can ****** one off of eBay with the socketed P28 for about $250-$300.
Is this the answer you were looking for?
