I have to switch my exhaust because I got a ticket, but my exhaust is at my home about 250 miles away. So I'm going there to pick it up, put it on and then drive back to where I live.

Think it will be OK for the drive? I don't really wanna do it if anything negative can happen

so you got a ticket for the exhaust, but not the turbo???? my only question is, where is the dumptube going. if its ahead of the catback then you will be fine w/ the stock system. if the dumptube runs farther back say behind the cat now, then you will have to find a way to connect it to the stock exhaust or leave it open, which will probably get you a ticket as well.

it was a fix it ticket for the exhaust, my hood was never popped...but yea, the dump tube is in front of where the cat was, so connection shouldnt be a problem

nope, you will be fine. at the most you will feel a slight decrease in power, unless you have some god aweful stuff on it now. but it wont hurt anything.
