Umm well im preety sure greddy makes a kit for your car. Well greddy offers are kit using I think the 18g for a 99-00 civic si. I think the engine code on that is b16a2. Im sure this would fit your b16. You might have to modify it a little but nothing serious. Check http://www.greddy.com and http://www.groupbuycenter.com The kit sells for i think $2800-$3100 thats with the fmic.Good luck

If your asking what do I need to have done to the engine to run a turbo kit without blowing the motor? Well I think the greddy kit comes set at 6-7psi and your b16 should be able to handle that without a problem. I would recommend really just getting 2 stop colder spark plugs and maybe if you want retard timing a few degrees. If you to run 8-10psi and cant afford a hondata (best bet if you have the money http://www.hondata.com) you should pick up a fuel pressure regulator, fuel management unit, bigger injectors 440's and a apexi AFC. Just remember the biggest factor in motors blowing are people who neglect fuel management and tuning. If you can supply enough fuel and get it tuned your straight. Also dont go boost happy. Good luck

I can't remember which company, it's either Drag or Fmax that makes a kit for 5th gen hybrids with b series engines in the bay. Both are more expensive than the greddy however. But both are supposed to make more horsepower outta the box, I don't know any specifics on any of the kits though. I know this board is notoriously pro Drag because it uses a larger turbo setup I believe.
If you need Carb though Greddy is the way to go.
