Tuning my B16A

Hi, im trying to build my B16A for track racing.
It has already only B16B cams, flywheel, 2.25 exhaust and Js Racing muffler.
Still looking for a known brand header.
Since B16A came with 10.2 compression, im trying to figure out what will be the best setup. B16B pistons and OEM head gasket, or B16A pistons, with Omnipower flat valves and Spoon/Mugen head gasket.
by the way, for racing, i can only have 11.0 max. compression.
Talking about valves, im really interested in Omnipower flat valves, since the increase comp., but, do i have to make any machinery to my head? Or just drop them in?
If so, what about valves guides? Are these valves equivalent to B16B/B18C Type R valves?

Thanks!!!!

Stock valves are as good as it gets (flow wise). I vote for a p30 pistons with a stock thickness HG and a better flowing exhaust. I am not sure what kind of regulations you have (I know SCCA has one), but you will benefit a lot from a 3 inch exhaust. Yes I said 3 inch exhaust because I kniw somebody is going to argue with me about it.

^^that. idk about 3inch on such a limited b16 but it might still hold out like on b18s. either way higher then 2.25.

intake cai or sri. a vstack.
actually what are your rules and limitations before we continue?

I knew someone would have something to say. He WILL benefit from a 3 inch. I will pull up the countless threads on here that prove it.

im not saying he won't. don't get all bent outta shape. i've read most of the threads your going to pull up. i just don't remember them using a b16. specially one that can't go above 11.1 cr. but seeing as how its all restriction after the collector i suppose it'll just be loud.
