Default tuner brands....

So im thinking about getting a camber kit, cam gears, fuel injectors, cams, intake manifold, and a throttle body spacer...I was just wondering what the best brands were for some of these. Ive heard good and bad about many and i was wondering what others think, so let me know, thanks.

You could buy a d-series Spoon head for $1700, with it tuned right giving you ~200hp, if you can find a local import shop that can get one. Completely resurfaced, port & polished head, all Spoon parts including valvetrain, cam, cam gear, intake manifold, throttle body, fuel injectors, and even a yellow valve cover. And I believe its a roller rocker setup eliminating the vtec function. A friend of mine currently has one in stock at his shop but I doubt you're serious to get the ball rollin' on that project just food for thought.

lol... WTF are you all talking about???

To the original poster, the majority of your mods are pointless, especially on a D-series motor without raising your compression. My first recommendation is to READ a LOT more before dropping money on things that you don't need, and will possibly hurt performance.

To start, you don't need fuel injectors, not unless you're going with some sort of forced induction. Don't bother with a cam gear unless you already have an aftermarket cam. Why do you want a camber kit? Is the car lowered? An intake manifold is also pointless on a stock motor.

Don't buy parts if you can't justify needing them.
