Default tune up questions

bought my 99si with 63k now its 72k...i change my oil frequently at 2500miles..now i want to do a tune up....(all the fluids spark etc etc)...my questions is how much is it for timing belt+labor and should i change my timing belt?

Yes, change it, if it hasn't been changed before. Go to autozone or napa and get the belt, they are cheap, and do it yourself. Just search this site for a how to.
