Tubes in trunk????

Tubes in trunk????
I Have a 95 civic ec coupe.. where do the tubes that run along both sides come from?(where are they connected to) i think this is wat is causing my leak. I will try to see if it is clogged? Does this tubin come the sunroof or rain gutters ?? thanks

i think this was covered some where before. the tubes are like vents so air can come out/in, so you can close your doors and all that good stuff. that could be a factor as well as taillight gasket, trunk linings,etc.. heres a couple threads that experienced similar problems

good guy for finding all those helpful links for you.
On a side note i still havent fixed or spotted my leak in my trunk... so i just keep a rag there and whenit rains the next day i just repalce it with a dry one.

yea thanks for finding them links..
and i want to make a custom trunk install.. so the rag idea.. is good but i dont want to bother with that.
i sealed the tails completey.. it was comin in from there before i belive.. i layed in the trunk while my dad hosed down the car.. lol..
now its comin from behind that metal ridge .. near the wheel well..but behind... i have pics..
i might just weld a barrier from the two point.. caulk it up.. and drill some holes.. so when water gets in there.. it will just drain out.. haha..

You mean the plastic tubes that are behind the carpet that go over the wheel wells? I found mine the other day while I was putting on a set of new shocks. I was like "WTF?"

yea exactly them... and they run into a rubber groumet type tube that goes out the car..
