ummmmmm turbo?

If you insist on not going turbo get...

intake or ITBs or velocity stack, throttle body, intake manifold, valves, springs, retainers, pistons, rods, sleeves, crank, cams, header, highflow cat, exhaust, tuning and after a couple grand youll wish you went turbo.

ITBs on a d-series is a waste of ITBs.

boost it or swap it out

Unfortunatly, without serious work and a light chassis mid-high 14's are going to be fast for the d15b.

I/h/e, cam/springs, and tuning should be your starting point. That's alone is going to cost about $1,000+ depending on the parts you use.
