trying to figure out what engine this is.
my friend bought a 2nd hand vic, and we were wondering what engine it has. the code on the engine is h16z6
any help would be appreciated.

it's def h. is the code marked on the front of the engine like the integra motors? if so that is what it said, H16Z6 if it's d16 what is the motor from?

It might be an 86 Prelude motor. I know that they made a 2.0 Si and also a 1.6 Dx Prelude those years. Maybe it is one of those. If it is a D16... it is definitely a civic motor.
