trunk tension rod instalation or replacement
i have a 94 civic coupe with no spoiler, i took out my trunk tension rods a while ago b/c i was trying to isolate a squeek.
fast forward to now... the squeek is fixed but the trunk latch has been rattling b/c there is no tension to keep the trunk in place, so it is just vibrating around.
should i put the original tension rods back on? should i get stronger ones designed for cars with spoilers? or should i try to find some type of hydrolic shock type opener? or is there a better option? thanks
