Word on the street it is. But I think it depends on which 4doe model. Like my EX 4doe is light but beefy for the Civic world..

1993 Si 2,326 lbs.
1993 Sedan 2,275 lbs

edit: theres your answer, yes it is

I have the dx 4door...weight is 2275...im sure the lx is heavier then the dx and the ex is heavier then the lx.
